After the first of September begins the small game hunting season in all of Canada. After purchasing your required licence there is nothing holding you from hunting, grouse, rabbits. ducks and geese. Because of this you do not need to bring your own riffle we have enough to supply you. This is for sure one of the big highlights of the year enjoying the long Indian summers within the endless colourful poplar and spruce forest together with the last of the warm and extremely clear days.
Small Game and Game Birds
A small game licence entitles you to hunt snowshoe hare, arctic ground squirrel, porcupine, grouse and ptarmigan. marmots, woodchucks and all other small mammals and birds (except those noted in the migratory bird regulations) are protected.
